About This Product
■6 types that can be integrated into equipment
It can be used not only for cooling research equipment, but also for cooling the heat generating parts of machine tools, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, analysis and measurement equipment, etc.
The temperature setting range is -20 to 30℃ (C, D, E type) and 10 to 30℃ (B, F, F2 type), making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The CA-1115B model is equipped with a SUS elbow (Rc3/8), and the CA-1115F/F2 models are equipped with a socket (Rc3/8), so they can also be connected to metal piping. CA-1115C/D/E types can also be equipped with nipples (Rc3/8) by removing the standard one-touch nozzle.

■CA-1115B type compatible with circulation of pure water (electrical conductivity 0.1mS/m or more)
Pure water can be circulated. Suitable for applications that require thorough water quality control of circulating water and for temperature control management of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
■CA-1115C type equipped with high pressure pump as standard
It can achieve a discharge pressure of 0.2MPa (2kgf/cm2), which is comparable to that of water supply, so it is suitable for circulation to the following channels.
・For channels with small pipe diameters
・When there is a difference in head to the circulation destination
・If there is a distance from the circulation device to the circulation destination
・For flow paths where there are multiple elbows, gate valves, etc. in the piping and pressure loss is expected to be high.
■CA-1115D type with alarm signal output terminal
Equipped with a function to output the alarm signal of the cooling water circulation system through a contact point. Upon receiving an alarm signal, it is possible to stop the device being circulated or turn on a commercially available patrol light.
■CA-1115E model equipped with two-stage water level drop detection function
Two float switches of different heights are installed to detect a drop in the water level in the tank in two stages. Float (1st stage) When approximately 8.5L of liquid remains in the tank, an alarm will be displayed (lamp will light) and control will continue. Float (2nd stage): When the remaining liquid volume in the tank is approximately 6.4L, an alarm is output as a contact and control is stopped.
