About This Product
■Standard chiller with excellent cooling capacity
A wide temperature setting range of -20 to 30℃ allows for a variety of uses. The cooling capacity is 1200W (approximately 1030kcal/h) at a liquid temperature of 10℃ (at room temperature 20℃).
It can be linked with rotary evaporator system peripheral equipment by connecting to a vacuum controller. When the system stops operating, the circulation pump will stop and stand by. While on standby, the temperature inside the tank is adjusted and circulation is periodically circulated to the piping, so it can be used immediately when operation resumes.
The optional one-touch cold insulation hose and circulation nozzle can be reliably attached and detached with one touch, eliminating troublesome band processing and preventing leakage of circulating water. The direction of the circulation nozzle can be freely changed 360°. Since it can be changed smoothly, the load on the tube can be reduced.
For aqueous samples, it can be connected to two aspirators and two evaporators (N-1300/N-1210B series, 1L sample flask). For solvent-based samples, it can be connected to two solvent recovery units and two evaporators (N-1300/N-1210B series, 1L sample flask).
Products with the same capacity include the CA-1115B model, which can circulate pure water (excluding ion-exchanged water), the CA-1115C model, which has a circulation pressure almost equivalent to water pressure (0.2MPa), and the CA equipped with an alarm signal output function. -1115D type is available. This is a RoHS Directive compliant product.
■Circulation nozzle whose direction can be changed freely
The direction of the circulation nozzle can be freely changed 360°, reducing the load on the tube. (One-touch hose nozzle outer diameter 10mm)
■Hose connection without tools or bands
Easy connection just by plugging in the cold storage hose. There is no need to tighten with a band like in the past, or liquid leakage due to insufficient tightening. (One-touch connector inner diameter 10mm)
■Easy drainage of frosted and melted water droplets
As the nozzle becomes cold, frost forms, which melts and forms water droplets. This water droplet can be caught and drained with a drain tube at the bottom of the main unit.
■One-touch connection with evaporator (optional)
If the circulation hose port of the rotary evaporator is the same hose port (one-touch connector) as the CA-1116A model, it can be easily connected with the optional one-touch cold insulation hose set.
