About This Product

■Small cooling water circulation device without cooling water tank Since there is no cooling water tank, the amount of heat medium used is sufficient to fill the circulation path, significantly reducing the amount used. In addition, since the heating medium does not come into contact with air, there is almost no change in composition. Furthermore, the cooling time is short and circulation is rapid. Since the lower limit of the temperature setting range is -20℃, it is possible to concentrate low boiling point solvents. Although it is small, it can circulate to two 1L evaporators and one solvent recovery unit. The optional one-touch cooling hose and circulation nozzle can be attached and detached with one-touch. Eliminates troublesome hose band processing and eliminates leakage of circulating water. Due to its compact size, it can be stored inside a fume hood or under a laboratory bench. Ball casters are equipped as standard on the rear side (2 locations) to make it easier to move the device in and out in narrow spaces. Equipped with a flow rate switch to prevent freezing of the cooling section. ■Equipped with communication function with evaporator It works in conjunction with the evaporator by connecting it to the evaporator N-1210B series using a communication cable (optional). When the evaporator stops, the cooling water circulation system also stops, reducing condensation caused by overcooling of the evaporator cooler. ■Easy installation with space-saving type It can be installed in narrow spaces such as above, below, or next to the laboratory bench, or in closed surfaces. Can be connected in parallel to two 1L rotary evaporators. ■Installed even in narrow spaces It supplies stable cooling water even in places with closed surfaces such as the bottom of a laboratory bench or fume hood. ■Easy one-touch piping Piping can be installed and removed with one touch. Eliminates the hassle of tightening and removing piping using conventional bands. The direction of the circulation nozzle can be changed freely. ■Significant reduction in heat medium usage This greatly reduces the amount of alcohol-based heat transfer medium used, which has a low flash point and is designated as a dangerous substance, contributing to improving the laboratory environment.
