Cool Ace Eco series cooling water circulation device using an inverter system. It has an energy saving effect of approximately 47% compared to the conventional product (Model CA-1320), contributing to reductions in power consumption and CO2 emissions.
Since it is a built-in type with dimensions of 460W x 430D x 570Hmm, it can be stored in a draft chamber or under a laboratory table. Since there is no cooling water tank, the amount of heat medium can be significantly reduced. (Amount used per year: Approximately 2L) Since it uses a closed circulation system that absorbs little moisture, there are no parts that come into contact with air, so there is almost no structural change in the heating medium due to moisture absorption. It quickly cools and circulates to the set temperature. You can save power by turning off the power when not in use.
Temperature control accuracy is high at ±0.5℃. The CAE-1310S model is equipped with an alarm buzzer, emergency stop button, and alarm output terminal in consideration of use in the industrial field. This product complies with the RoHS Directive.
■Quickly cools down to set temperature
The conventional model CA-1320 takes 47 minutes to reach the set temperature (-15℃), while the CAE-1310 takes about 8 minutes to reach the set temperature. It cools quickly, so there is no need to keep the power on all the time. Contributes to power saving and cost reduction.
■Equipped with a circulation nozzle on the back
The circulation nozzle is equipped on the back of the device, so if the device is installed under a draft chamber or under a laboratory table, the cold hose can be routed from the back, so the cold hose does not get in the way.
■Supplies stable brine without condensation
Closed circulation system with no moisture absorption. Since the heat exchanger and the lid are separate, there is no condensation on the lid. The small opening of the tank reduces brine absorption, denaturation, and frequency of replacement and replenishment.
■Emergency stop, alarm output (CAE-1310S type)
・Emergency stop button: Emergency stop of the device in the event of a liquid leak in the piping or an abnormality in the circulation destination.
・Alarm output terminal: When the chiller becomes abnormal, it outputs an alarm contact to the circulation destination device.
■Space-saving type that is easy to install
A space-saving low-floor type with a height of 570 mm. Can be installed in a fume hood or under a laboratory table. *The structure is such that exhaust heat is discharged outside through a draft chamber.
