About This Product

■For concentrating foamy samples and heat-sensitive samples

This small thin film evaporator is capable of concentrating samples while suppressing bumping and foaming, as the stirring blades rotating at high speed within the evaporation tube forcibly form a thin film. It is also possible to concentrate foamy samples that are difficult to concentrate with a rotary evaporator. We have narrowed down the application to research and made it smaller. It can also be used in a draft. The product installation size is 490W x 350D x 930Hmm, which is smaller than the rotary evaporator N-1210B type (520W x 355Dmm). The easy-to-handle structure makes cleaning easy, and there is no need to center the motor. Adopted Teflon stirring blades. The blade part and shaft can be separated and there are no irregularities on the blade, making it easy to clean. The motor part uses a non-seal magnetic coupling method. It is completely isolated from the evaporation tube, so there is no contamination from the stirring shaft. A ceramic bearing is used for the lower bearing. You can use it with confidence even when driving for long periods of time. Cooling water circulation can be connected either with a one-touch fitting or with a bamboo nozzle. The dedicated hot water circulation device HS-1000 model is compact, A4 size (210W x 310Dmm). Piping connections for both the MF-1000 and HS-1000 types can be connected and disconnected with one touch.
