■Features of taper capillary processing・We can taper the tip of a glass capillary (borosilicate glass or quartz glass) with a diameter of 2 mm or less. The diameter of the tip can be up to about 1μm.
- Taper shape can be controlled. (Taper length, unevenness (outward convex shape, inward convex shape), etc.)

■Features・Possible to process the inner diameter of the tip to 1μm or less
・Control the taper shape
・Injection of microvolume fluid, focusing of X-rays/electron beams, etc.
