■Features of taper capillary processing

・We can taper the tip of a glass capillary (borosilicate glass or quartz glass) with a diameter of 2 mm or less. The diameter of the tip can be up to about 1μm. - Taper shape can be controlled. (Taper length, unevenness (outward convex shape, inward convex shape), etc.)

・Possible to process the inner diameter of the tip to 1μm or less ・Control the taper shape ・Injection of microvolume fluid, focusing of X-rays/electron beams, etc.
