About This Product

We have been developing, designing, and manufacturing ultrasonic products as industrial equipment for many years in fields such as automotive electrical components, industrial equipment, and medical equipment. By applying this technology, we will develop and manufacture products that can be used as new cleaning items. This product, which incorporates an ultrasonic vibrator, intensively knocks out minute dirt that is difficult to remove with commercial cleaners alone. This nozzle attachment can be used with both your existing dry (DRY) cleaner and wet (WET) cleaner. (Vacuum cleaner and dust collector are not included.)

■Applications

Cleaning carpets in buildings, hospitals, accommodation facilities, etc., cleaning vehicle seats, removing limescale from bathrooms, etc. Dust removal, pollen removal, dust mite removal. Features of ASTI Ultrasonic Cleaner Nozzle (DRY, WET)

■ Dust mite removal effect

Excellent at suctioning dust from carpets, carpets, etc. Ultrasonic vibrations knock out dust entangled in the bristles and the pile itself, as well as dust deep inside, reducing the residual rate of allergens such as dust mites.

■ Sliding effect

The application of ultrasonic vibration reduces the coefficient of friction between the nozzle head and the cleaning surface, making it easier to slip. When knocking out dust using ultrasonic vibration, the dust suction performance can be maintained even with a design that reduces the degree of vacuum between the nozzle head and cleaning surface and the suction air volume, resulting in improved quietness.

■ Improved maintainability

Since the nozzle head does not have a rotating body, there is no chance of lint getting caught.

■ Stain removal effect

Spraying detergent or water on muddy dirt or stains and applying ultrasonic vibration will improve the stain removal effect.

■ Horn design

Ultrasonic heads (horns) range from narrow to wide types, and are designed based on vibration analysis to control the ultrasonic vibration output so as not to damage (melt) the surface to be cleaned. In addition, the suction nozzle is designed using fluid analysis.
