About This Product
This is a special machine that easily prevents the leakage of defective products that have been forgotten to be welded. By sensing the welding current during processing, the number of welding points is counted up, and when the number of welding points is set, an alarm sounds and an LED blinks to notify the operator of completion.
By monitoring the number of dots on all products at the welding site, we prevent defective products from flowing into downstream processes. When setting dots, it is necessary to press the reset button when the product is completed, but by placing a small reset box close to the worker, the burden can be kept to a minimum. Even if the worker becomes distracted, they can recognize when the product is complete by pressing the reset button. (Patent No. 7176746)

■What is shot count monitor?
This is a device that counts the dots of spot welding and notifies the operator of the set dots. Since it detects the processing current and counts the welding points, it can be installed even with older welding machines. By setting the setting point, you can also manage the production quantity. By setting the specified production quantity, you can prevent overproduction.
■Easy installation Free placement
Easy to install on your welding machine with magnetic feet. To place the sensor, attach the included wiring fixing base to the welding current conductor and secure it with a bundled wire band. Connect the AC power, set the number of dots, and you are ready.
*The TIME setting may need to be adjusted depending on the welding conditions and welding machine. The neodymium magnetic foot allows for easy relocation, which often changes depending on the work being done.
■Strengthening quality control measures
The spillage of products with insufficient welding points can lead to extremely large losses. This is a very important element in maintaining product reliability and quality. If it is discovered that there are insufficient dots after the assembly process has progressed, it will lead to even greater losses.
