About This Product

Although "kick press machines" are difficult to manage, they are still frequently used in many processing sites where small-lot production is common due to the advantage of making processing setups easy. We propose a dedicated monitoring unit to those in charge of quality control at such sites.

It has the following advantages.
1. By setting the minimum pressure, variations in pressure due to worker fatigue, worker changes, etc. can be monitored in real time.
2. By connecting to a shot count monitor, you can manage the number of hits and prevent defects due to insufficient hits.
3. Processing can be monitored in real time, so insufficient pressurization can be recognized on-site, and processed products with less than the specified pressure can be prevented from flowing out. (Patent No. 6985772)
