About This Product

■Features

1. Cooling of gases containing hazardous substances ・High-temperature gas containing harmful substances, such as gas discharged from incinerators and boilers, has unsaturated water content, so if it comes into direct contact with water, it can be adiabatically cooled isenthalpically. We take advantage of this phenomenon and design and construct tough gas cooling towers by making full use of our insulation and corrosion-resistant technologies. ・For gases saturated with moisture, sensible heat cooling is performed by bringing the gas into contact with circulating water (liquid). In this case, cooling is required during circulation to reduce the enthalpy of the circulating water. 2. Water cooling A large amount of water is used as a refrigerant in the cooling process of various processes, but in order to use it as a refrigerant, it is necessary to effectively exchange heat with the atmosphere and lower the water temperature. We design and construct such so-called cooling towers. It is suitable for cooling relatively high-temperature water, which is inconvenient for standard commercially available water cooling towers. 3. Dissipation and removal of harmful substances in solution We design and construct (so-called liquid-side dominant dissipation towers) to dissipate ammonia, chlorine gas, sulfur dioxide gas, carbon dioxide gas or oxygen present in waste water and waste liquids in connection with chemical processes, environmental issues and corrosion resistance issues.
