About This Product

■Characteristics of mist eliminator

1. High efficiency and low pressure loss Because it uses a specially shaped eliminator blade, it has the ability to remove and collect more than 99.9% of mist of 20 μm or more. In addition, pressure loss is low, less than 300Pa even at maximum wind speed. 2. Light weight, high corrosion resistance and heat resistance All products are made of corrosion-resistant FRP and plastic, so they have excellent corrosion resistance. In addition, the type of plastic for the blade is selected based on its heat resistance and corrosion resistance. (In some cases, we also manufacture SUS products.) 3. Standardized unit It is a compact device because the wind speed can be up to 8m/sec. In addition, since the standard flow rate is up to 4,500m2/min, there are fewer special design costs and delivery times can be shortened. *Other model numbers are available.
