About This Product

■Summary

1. This unit-type scrubber uses HIREX, which is well-received by a wide range of users as a filler for exhaust gas treatment, and is highly efficient than ever before. 2. A unit type scrubber that can respond to load fluctuations by replacing the filling material according to usage conditions and efficiency. 3. The equipment required for gas processing is delivered set on a common base, making it easy to install on-site. You can use it immediately by connecting the utility. 4. The body of the scrubber is made of FRP, making it lightweight, strong, and highly corrosion resistant.

■Using the original model of this unit scrubber, it can be modified to be low-cost and compact to meet special specifications.

1. Meeting requirements for high efficiency removal of 99% or more 2. Conversion to high-efficiency equipment with reduced height 3. Combination and interlocking with other processes 4. Combination with other purpose removal equipment (e.g. organic solvent removal equipment) 5. Change of main body material. SUS material or SS400+ rubber lining (resin lining) 6. Addition of absorption liquid supply device, PH control system, etc. Motor inverter, etc.

■Device configuration

Vertical cylindrical packed tower, blower, circulation pump, common base, circulation piping

■Material

・Packed tower body: FRP (vinyl ester resin in contact with gas) ・Filling: PP ・Internal parts: PVC ・Blower: FRP (Inflator: Vinyl ester resin, Caging: Bisphenol resin) ・Circulation pump: GFRPP ・Piping: PVC ・Common base: SS400 If HF, Cl2, CrC3, or solvents are mixed in, the materials of the packed tower, blower, and circulation pump will need to be changed. The allowable intake temperature is 60℃. (If the temperature is over 60℃, the material will be changed.)

■Standard color

FRP part: Natural color (Specified color is optional.) SS part: Surface adjustment equivalent to type 2 keren, standard color Munsell 2.5G6/3

■Standard electric motor

Totally enclosed fan outdoor type, 200V x 50Hz/60Hz

■Options

Inspection stand/ladder, level meter, air volume adjustment damper, instrumentation, operation panel, circulation pump flow meter, etc.
