About This Product

■SummaryVOLTEX Co., Ltd. (VOLTEX) has been involved in environmental equipment since its start-up, and we have had the opportunity to develop some of the environmental equipment products that Toyo Tire & Rubber Industries, Ltd. (TR) has cultivated over many years by applying software technology and hardware. We have decided to take over the technology as well. While respecting the vast experience of (TR) to date, we will introduce a new style of VOLTEX and renew the lineup.

After accepting the product, we have fully integrated it with VOLTEX's technology, and without returning to TR, we will respond to inquiries, accept orders, manufacture, inspect, deliver, and carry out on-site construction to create products that meet customer needs. VOLTEX will be responsible for the delivery.

Furthermore, in order to develop and create technologies and products that meet the needs of our customers, constant research, development, and improvement are required. We will continue to strive to be of help to you, and to help preserve the global environment.

By combining the equipment introduced here and the products developed by VOLTEX, we will build and propose a wide range of systems that can meet the quality requirements of our customers. We will also respond to technical consultations from the planning stage, so please feel free to contact us.

■Features1.High efficiency removal
Because we select the high-performance filler Hilex that matches the design conditions, we can expect extremely high absorption efficiency.

2.Low pressure loss, low power cost
By using Hylex with low pressure loss and using a grid with high opening ratio, the pressure loss of the device is low, and therefore the power cost of the blower can be reduced.

3.Compact design
Since Hi-Rex is used, a high linear velocity can be achieved, so the column diameter can be made small and the installation area can be reduced.

4.Suitable for various applied designs
In addition to absorption towers, we can also design for use in diffusion towers, dehumidification towers, recovery towers, mist and dust removal towers, and gas cooling towers.
