About This Product

■What is SWINGGATE?

・This is a pipe gate with a focus on functionality as well as design and safety. The main parts are made of durable stainless steel. ・The basic specification is one-way, but we can also manufacture a type that opens in both directions. (*Even with one-way specifications, it can be easily opened in the opposite direction in an emergency.) ・The basic method of use is to install it at the entrance of the facility and guide people to go through the designated exit when leaving. In addition, they may be installed to encourage people to stop for safety checks at intersections of indoor walkways. Features

The design naturally matches the entrances of various stores and facilities.

■Functionality and safety

It opens with a light touch, with almost no resistance, and closes quietly and slowly after passing. Additionally, even if the door is one-way, it can be opened in the opposite direction with a single touch in case of an emergency. (With emergency release mechanism)

■Maintenance free

It is maintenance-free because it uses a simple self-closing mechanism that uses our original cam and rollers.

■High quality domestic product

All major structural parts, including the internal camshaft and plates, are made of stainless steel. Made in Japan for peace of mind.

■Notes

-Cannot be installed outdoors or in windy locations. ・Do not embed the base part in the installation. The stop position cannot be adjusted. ・There is no function to adjust the closing speed. ・There is no function to stop the gate pipe with it open. ・Even with the 90° opening specification, it opens more than 90° for safety. ・The gate pipe is L≦900mm. It cannot be made longer, but it can be made shorter. ・Do not try to force the opening in the opposite direction to the set opening direction. There is a risk of damage. ・Do not hang or lean on the gate pipe as it is dangerous. -This product is made to order, so please place your order with plenty of time for delivery. ・For detailed installation and maintenance methods, please refer to the instruction manual included with the product.
