■Exhaust

S: Silencer exhaust, C: Centralized exhaust (Note 1 Note 2) Note 1: When using a manifold type with centralized exhaust, select one with a check valve. If you use a manifold with SC1 that is not equipped with a check valve, there is a possibility that the breaking air will get around to the vacuum port side. Note 2: When selecting the (S) nozzle for the single unit type, there is no central exhaust option.
