■Material
Fluororesin (PTFE, PFA), polyimide (PI), polyetherimide (PEI), polyetheretherketone (PEEK), polyamide (PA), polyethylene (PE), polyacetal (POM), etc.
In addition to the materials listed above, we also handle a variety of other materials. Regarding processed products, we have a variety of experience in cutting, molding, welding, etc.
■List of resin products
Fluororesin (PTFE) Excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, low friction properties, insulation properties, and non-adhesion. Can also contain various filling materials.
■PFA
Has the same properties as PTFE. The biggest difference is that it can be hot-melted and molded, allowing for flexible molding using injection, blowing, extrusion, etc.
■Daiflon (PCTFE)
Although inferior to PTFE, it has excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, low friction properties, insulation properties, and non-stick properties.
■Acrylic (PMMA)
High light transmission 94%. It has high strength and rigidity (can be bent), and has excellent weather resistance. Cheap.
■PVC
Excellent water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and solvent resistance. It is also flame retardant and electrically insulating. Cheap.
■Polyethylene (PE)
It has excellent electrical insulation, chemical resistance, weather resistance, mechanical strength properties (especially at low temperatures), and waterproof properties.
■Polyethylene terephthalate (PET)
It has good transparency, gas barrier properties, and chemical resistance. It has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, and oil resistance.
■Polypropylene (PP)
Lightweight and has excellent thermoplasticity. It has good biocompatibility and is resistant to repeated bending. It has excellent properties such as impact resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, and chemical resistance.
■Polyacetal (POM)
Excellent mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, sliding properties, and solvent resistance. Low water absorption and good dimensional stability.
■6 nylon (PA6)
Excellent against organic solvents such as gasoline and oil. Excellent abrasion resistance, toughness, impact resistance, and flexibility. Compatible with food hygiene.
■66 nylon (PA66)
Compared to nylon 6, it shows superior values in heat resistance and mechanical strength. Compatible with food hygiene.
■MC nylon
A resin with improved mechanical strength, chemical properties, thermal properties, and abrasion resistance compared to general nylon 6.
■Polycarbonate (PC)
