About This Product
A unit that winds wires, cables, electric wires, paper, films, etc. with constant tension. Since a torque motor is used for winding, the winding torque can be adjusted with a volume control. This type secures the bobbin by tightening it with a tapered screw.
■Features
・The maximum bobbin outer diameter can be up to φ400mm.
・Can fix bobbin hole diameter from φ18 to 52mm.
・The maximum winding bobbin weight can be up to 50kg. It is used by attaching a front bracket to the bobbin winding shaft that can be attached and detached with bolts.
・Equipped with a switch to change the winding direction of rotation: forward/off/reverse.
- Run/stop using the included foot switch.
・When stopped, the traverse will stop on the spot.
