About This Product
A unit that winds wires, cables, electric wires, paper, films, etc. with constant tension. Since a torque motor is used for winding, the winding torque can be adjusted with a volume control. Winding torque and rotation speed are almost proportional, so if you increase the volume, both speed and torque will increase.
This type secures the bobbin by tightening it with a tapered screw. Can fix bobbin hole diameters from φ15 to 33 mm. It is possible to fix 1 inch paper cores with bobbin widths of 60 to 150 mm. There is a switch to change the winding rotation direction: forward/off/reverse.

■Caution
・Since the bobbin is fixed using a tapered screw method, please use it by rotating in the tightening direction.
- If the taper screw loosens during winding, change the direction of the forward/off/reverse switch and change the installation direction of the main unit. Alternatively, you can respond by changing the direction of upper or lower winding.
- Since it is a torque motor, it can also be used as a winding brake.

■Simple cable rewinding
You can use it to rewind cables, etc. by setting one unit to the unwinding side and the other to the winding side. To use it, rotate the unwinding side in the opposite direction and adjust the volume so that the torque on the winding side is stronger than on the unwinding side.
