About This Product

This is a device that rewinds paper, film, nonwoven fabric, aluminum foil, copper foil, etc. Roll to roll. The winding diameter on the unwinding side is detected by an ultrasonic sensor and the tension is controlled so that the tension remains constant. A tension detector on the winding side controls the tension so that the tension remains constant at the set tension. The film is fed at a constant speed using nip rollers. The film feed speed can be adjusted with the volume control. The winding shaft has an EPC (serpentine control) device that aligns the film edges and winds them. For safety, the unwinding shaft and the winding shaft are fully covered (with interlock). It comes with a length measurement function and automatically stops at the set value. Standard is 3 inch air shaft. We can also manufacture custom-made products to your specifications, starting from just one unit, so please contact us.
