About This Product
This is a device that rewinds paper, film, etc. using a torque motor. Roll to roll. A torque motor is used for winding and unwinding, so the winding tension can be adjusted with a volume control. (The winding speed depends on the torque balance.)
The winding rotation direction can be changed freely as each has a forward/off/reverse switch. The shafts are set at different levels in consideration of 2-shaft winding work. It can also be used as a film rewinding device. The unwinding side rotates the torque motor in the opposite direction to function as a brake.
The standard is a tapered cone type for 3-inch paper tubes (please note that there may be some shaft runout due to single-sided support). Air shaft types, EPC device equipped, powder clutch types, etc. are available upon request. We can also manufacture custom-made products to your specifications, starting from just one unit, so please contact us.
