About This Product

This is a unit that unwinds paper, film, nonwoven fabric, aluminum foil, copper foil, etc. at a constant tension. A powder brake is used for unwinding. The film winding diameter is detected using an ultrasonic sensor, and the tension is controlled so that the unwinding tension remains constant even if the winding diameter changes.

■With side rails

The unwinding shaft can be moved ±25mm in the film width direction using the manual handle. The standard is an air shaft type for 3-inch paper tubes. We can also manufacture custom-made products to your specifications, starting from just one unit, so please contact us.
