About This Product
This unit winds paper, film, nonwoven fabric, aluminum foil, copper foil, etc. with constant tension. Since a torque motor is used for winding, the winding torque can be adjusted with a volume control. There is a switch to change the winding rotation direction: forward/off/reverse.
The standard is an air shaft type for 3-inch paper tubes. Adjustable in the film width direction by ±20mm using the handle. We can also manufacture custom-made products to your specifications, starting from just one unit, so please contact us. Since it is a torque motor, it can also be used as a winding brake.
