About This Product
This is a unit that winds paper, film, non-woven fabric, etc. with constant tension. When replacing the paper tube, tilt the front receiver toward you so that it is supported on one side and the paper tube can be pulled out toward the front. Since a torque motor is used for winding, the winding torque can be adjusted with a volume control. There is a switch to change the winding rotation direction: forward/off/reverse.

・Standard is aluminum taper cone type for 3 inch paper tube.
We can also manufacture custom-made products to your specifications, starting from just one unit, so please contact us. Since it is a torque motor, it can also be used as a winding brake.
Since the paper tube is fixed with an aluminum taper cone, the taper cone may loosen under large tension (MAX40N). The winding rotation direction is limited to the tightening direction of the aluminum taper cone.
