About This Product
IOT has become commonplace, and data can now be collected from various devices. It is possible to extract various data from factory machines, but when you try to do so, you have to go through a lot of troublesome things. POP-KC (Operation Checker), an operation visualization tool, was created with the aim of focusing on basic functions and allowing immediate introduction.
Collects operating time, non-working time, production quantity, etc. from input from manufacturing equipment. In addition, by entering the non-working time and the reason for non-working, you can manage time for each of the 16 types of non-working. The collected data will be written to the MYSQL database via Wifi wireless LAN. Data written to MYSQL can be displayed and utilized using screen creation software such as MZ Platform.
MZ Platform is a software development and execution environment developed by the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) for the purpose of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises' manufacturing.
There is also a general-purpose contact input processing function. (Up to 5 points, depending on settings) Since the number of ON times and ON time of each contact is constantly collected, you can count the number of times peripheral devices are operated, utility usage (requires a flow meter with pulse output, etc.), etc. Various additional data can also be collected.
Requires WiFi, DHCP, and NTP environments.It is developed for the purpose of writing to a MYSQL database. Therefore, we do not create software to display or analyze data written to the database. We utilize our manufacturing know-how in industrial equipment, so you can use it with confidence even in a factory environment.
