About This Product

■myVGL is free viewer software for projects created with Volume Graphics products.

myVGL allows you to view 3D objects (voxels, point clouds, meshes, CAD formats), analyzes and measurements performed on the objects, and the results. myVGL is fully compatible with VGSTUDIO MAX, VGSTUDIO, and VGMETROLOGY, except for some older versions. You can also use the highly flexible reporting function added in VGSTUDIO MAX 3.0.

■A suitable viewer for VGSTUDIO MAX and VGMETROLOGY

myVGL is ideal for sharing CT data analysis results. For example, it can be used to receive data from external sources such as quality assurance laboratories or scanning service providers, or to exchange analysis results internally. - Interactively view visualizations and analyzes performed with VGSTUDIO MAX and VGSTUDIO in 3D. - Supports projects saved in .vgl, .mvgl, and .vgarchive formats. - Compatible with metrology projects (.mvgl) created with VGMETROLOGY and VGMETROLOGY ES. - Compatible with a new file format (.vgarchive) that combines all files and folders including source data into one file. - Supports datasets by unloading gray values, reducing memory consumption.

■Report function

myVGL's functionality goes beyond analysis and viewing and reviewing results. You can also use the familiar export and report functions in VGSTUDIO MAX. - Save all analysis results in standard folder and file structure in VG report format (.vgrf). - Generate a report on all analyzes linked to an object with the "Top Level Report" function. - Create comprehensive and freely customizable inspection reports (requires Microsoft Excel). - Directly generate .pdf files.
