About This Product

■Automatic inspection software using CTVGinLINE enables automatic non-destructive testing using industrial CT. It is compatible with almost all CT systems on the market and can be used with simple setup.

■Maximum flexibilityReconfiguring VGinLINE is easy, whether you want to make slight changes to your product design or use it to inspect a completely different product. You can do it yourself. Other purpose-built inspection systems are often task-specific, difficult to modify, and very expensive to develop new features.

■High compatibilityVGinLINE supports most formats {2][3} (e.g. reconstructed CT volumes, proprietary formats (please inquire in advance), etc.). Projection images taken with a CT scanner can be automatically reconstructed using VGinLINE. Even if you don't have a CT scanner, VGinLINE supports point clouds and meshes in addition to voxel data.

■Perform complex inspections with simple setupVGinLINE's simple idea: Monitoring the directory that stores CT data. For example, suppose a CT scanner saves data for part 1 in one directory and data for part 2 in another directory. Depending on the pre-configuration, VGinLINE can perform defect analysis on part 1 and apply measurement templates and perform design/actual value comparison on part 2. More complex inspections can be performed by setting if-then branching in the job.

For example, you can decide which analysis to perform depending on the type of part, or if the first analysis detects a wall thickness that is outside the allowable range, no further analysis can be performed.
