About This Product

■Summary

An environmentally friendly hot melt adhesive that is good at strongly adhering dissimilar materials and uses less than half the amount of EVA resin.

■Mechanism

The CNF (cellulose nanofiber) contained in the adhesive forms a spider web with an invisible size, and the thread becomes an obstacle to the progressive stress that occurs when it is peeled off. By diffusing it, it becomes difficult to peel off. ■Features

Because it uses less than 50% EVA resin and is composed of plant-based resin, it can be treated as biomass. In addition, it maintains adhesive flexibility without shrinkage failure even in an environment of -20℃. It is also water repellent and enables strong adhesion between dissimilar materials other than silicone and fluorine.

■Adhesive material

Wood, steel plate, concrete, paper, fiberglass, PVC, PP, ABS, etc. It cannot be used for silicone and fluorine.
