About This Product

IS12, IS12-S, IGA12, and IGA12-S are fully digital radiation thermometers. High-speed response (up to 1msec) and detection at short wavelengths allow you to measure the temperature of metals, ceramics, graphite, etc. with high accuracy.

■Applications

- Suitable for non-contact temperature measurement of metals, ceramics, graphite, etc. ・Preheating, annealing, tempering, welding, forging, hardening sintering, melting, soldering, rolling, brazing

■Features

・High-speed response (maximum 1msec) is possible, making it suitable for measuring the temperature of samples that experience rapid temperature changes or samples that move at high speed. ・Since small spot measurement is achieved, even small samples can be measured. Minimum φ0.1. - The movable focus lens can be set to the optimal spot diameter at any position. ・High accuracy and stability with fully digital circuit, scaling freely over temperature range. ・Since it has a built-in maximum value holding circuit, it is also suitable for measuring moving objects. ・You can choose between a fixed focus lens and a movable focus lens. ・Data can be recorded and parameters can be set using the standard measurement software (for Windows). ・All 12 series signals are processed digitally. The signal entering the detector is immediately digitized and processed. This technology allows for a wider temperature range than analog processing while maintaining extremely high accuracy and high repeatability. ・IS12-S and IGA12-S can scan the measurement beam up and down.
