About This Product

IN5+ series is a digital radiation thermometer with fast response (fastest 10msec). With a detection wavelength of 8 to 14 μm, it is possible to measure the temperature of a wide variety of materials other than non-metallic surfaces.

■Applications

・Digital radiation thermometer for low temperature ・Food, rubber, plastic, paper, printing, ceramics, paint, asphalt, textiles, wood, non-metallic objects - Suitable for measuring non-metallic surfaces.

■Features

・High-speed response (fastest: 10msec) is possible, making it suitable for measuring the temperature of samples that experience rapid temperature changes or samples that move at high speed. ・Since small spot measurement is achieved, even small samples can be measured. IN5-L+ realizes a small spot of φ1/100mm. ・High accuracy and stability with fully digital circuit, scaling freely over temperature range. ・Position can be easily confirmed with laser pilot light. ・Since it has a built-in maximum value holding circuit, it is suitable for measuring moving objects. ・Data can be recorded and parameters can be set using the standard measurement software (for Windows).

■Specifications

・Can be replaced with previous models with scaling function of minimum 50℃ width. - Analog output can be selected from current 0/4 to 20mA, voltage 0 to 5V, and thermocouple J/K compatible output. ・The interface is RS232 or RS485 with bus connection. (specified at time of order) ・Compact design of φ50×115mm (Main body material is SUS)
