■Features
In order to meet the needs of small-scale onion farmers, we have commercialized a low-cost green onion peeling and washing machine. Until this YN300W (water pressure type) was commercialized, air type was the mainstream, but with this YN300W, it is possible to peel and clean onions with high efficiency, and the following benefits have been obtained.
- Economical as it requires less power than the air type.
・Since it is a water pressure type, there is no loud blowing sound of compressed air and it is quiet.
Auto operation using optical sensor
Just put the green onion in the machine and the sensor will automatically turn it on and off.
■Water saving specifications
Water is sprayed only when turned on, reducing water consumption.
The basic method is a circulation system, but since it is a water-saving type, it can also be used with well water.
■About the water used for peeling and cleaning
As standard, the water used is circulated, but if a certain amount of water can be secured, disposable operation is possible. In that case, we have the YN300W/V, which has a mechanism that reduces waste of water. (Water is automatically turned on and off using a light sensor and electromagnetic valve.)
The water used after peeling and cleaning is basically circulated, and a water treatment filter is available (sold separately).
