This machine was developed to quickly peel and clean onions in order to meet the needs of large-scale farmers. Until this YN600W (water pressure type) was commercialized, air type was the mainstream, but it is highly efficient and can peel and clean onions, providing the following benefits.
- Economical as it requires less power than air type. (Electricity bill is about 1/5 compared to air compressor)
・Since it is a water pressure type, there is no loud squirting sound of compressed air and it is quiet.
・The speed of the take-out conveyor after peeling onions can be adjusted independently so that it can be done by one person.
- The sponge belt for feeding onions can be easily replaced without any tools.
・You can adjust the angle of the nozzle, stop the water, and let the water flow freely so that you can efficiently peel and clean the size of green onions.
The water used after peeling and washing onions is basically circulated, and a water treatment filter tank is available (sold separately).
*Dynamic jet is included in the main price.
*YN400W is a low-cost version of YN600W.
