■Ultraviolet surface sterilization device integrated with transportation equipment
The HSC series is an in-line conveyor type ultraviolet sterilizer that integrates an irradiator, power supply, and transport device. It is possible to sterilize plastic bottle caps, containers, packaging sheets, etc. before transporting them to the clean room.
■Easy lamp replacement and highly maintainable structure
Anyone can easily replace the UV lamp without any special tools. The design and structure allows the lamp to be easily installed and removed, reducing equipment downtime and allowing replacement work to be performed without reducing production efficiency.
■Low number of consumables reduces running costs
There are only a few consumables, such as a UV lamp, and the cost is low. Additionally, parts can be easily replaced, reducing the amount of work required.
■A wide variety of conveyor devices
We have a variety of conveyors available depending on the size, weight, shape, and clean room conditions of the workpiece, including chain conveyance, stainless steel roller conveyor conveyance, and stainless steel mesh conveyance. Objects that require a clean environment are transported safely and reliably while maintaining their cleanliness.
■Possible to irradiate ultraviolet light from 4 directions
It is also possible to irradiate ultraviolet rays from four directions: top, bottom, left, and right, and sterilizes bacteria attached to the four sides of the object. For irradiation from below, a roller conveyor or SUS mesh conveyor is used to prevent shadows from forming on the conveyor.
■Technical ability to design light
We use our light design technology to calculate the amount of UV irradiation, optimal placement of UV lamps, and distribution of UV rays in the effective irradiation area to perform efficient and accurate performance design. We also propose ultraviolet irradiation equipment that is optimized to suit customer needs, such as processing temperature and required illuminance for workpieces.
