About This Product

■Water sterilization

As demands for water quality levels increase, such as mineral water, food raw material water, and pure water and ultrapure water essential in the semiconductor and electronic fields, we have developed a new sterilization method in fields where conventional heat sterilization and chemical treatment were not possible. We offer ultraviolet sterilization equipped with our own original ultraviolet lamp. Water sterilization using ultraviolet rays is a clean sterilization method because it does not require large equipment or large amounts of heat like heat sterilization, and does not affect water quality like chemical sterilization. MSH series for liquids with low UV transmittance Features

■It is now possible to sterilize liquids with low UV transmittance.

This is a new type of running water type UV sterilizer developed to sterilize liquids with low UV transmittance, such as sugar solutions and syrups. By using a special lamp that can maintain ultraviolet output even in high temperature ranges, it is now possible to sterilize ultraviolet rays even in high temperature liquids. It exhibits excellent sterilizing effects against heat-resistant bacteria and Bacillus subtilis spore bacteria, supporting enhanced hygiene and quality control.

■Equipped with a special lamp compatible with high temperatures

Equipped with a high-temperature compatible amalgam lamp whose ultraviolet output does not fluctuate even with high-temperature liquids. Compared to conventional low-pressure mercury lamps, UV output decreases less even at high temperatures and maintains stable performance.

■Special structure that maximizes irradiation efficiency

Normal running water type ultraviolet sterilizers are designed with a distance of 20 mm to 30 mm from the quartz protective sleeve to the inner surface of the cylinder, but this sterilizer has a special structure designed to be less than 1 mm. This is a sterilization device that maximizes the irradiation rate of ultraviolet rays. Additionally, in the case of highly viscous liquids, it is difficult to stir them inside the cylinder, so the design allows for even irradiation of UV rays.
