■Delivering high quality and reliability

Due to the strict thickness tolerances and uniformity of strength that cannot be achieved with general materials, it provides stable strength for spring applications. Excellent fatigue resistance and high reliability can be obtained through high cleanliness and structure adjustment through component adjustment and strict control of manufacturing history.

■High workability reduces chipping during pressing and improves yield.

Chips that occur during press working can be minimized, resulting in a stable pressed surface. It is possible to reduce roughness during bending and drawing, and improve processing accuracy during micro-press processing.

■We also manufacture ultra-thin foil.

It is possible to manufacture ultra-thin foils with a thickness of 0.030 to 0.099 mm.

■Surface skin can be selected

By changing the rolling rolls, you can choose between a bright finish (glossy) or a dull finish (skinned pattern). Hairline polishing (outsourced) is also available upon request.
