■Product overview

Coil-shaped base material is repeatedly annealed and rolled to reduce the thickness to less than 0.10mm. *Please contact us as the manufacturing range varies depending on the steel type and finish. Manufacturing steel types include SUS301, SUS304, SUS631, SUS420J2, SUS430, SPCC, and various SK, but we can also manufacture with other materials that we handle, such as non-ferrous metals, upon request.

■Also available for plating processing

Nickel plating and precious metal plating, which are in high demand in electronic component applications, can be done in a hoop state. Although the plating process itself is outsourced, we centrally manage quality including plating.

■High quality guaranteed

We have a track record of successfully rolling a board with a thickness of 10μm for the first time in Japan. We have established various management standards to handle the quality control of surface defects, which is often required in applications such as electronic components.

■We guarantee strict board thickness accuracy.

Manufacturing with more precise plate thickness tolerances is possible, which is not possible with general materials such as JIS standards or other companies' standards.

■Hardness can be adjusted

Most foil materials on the market have an H finish, but we can manufacture them to the desired hardness based on the customer's usage. *Please contact us for detailed specifications as it depends on the plate thickness.

■Steel type (grade) can be selected

In addition to SUS304, which is distributed in the general market, we also handle ferrous materials such as SUS301, SUS631, SUS420J2, SUS430, SPCC, and various SKs, as well as nonferrous metals such as copper.

■We also support very small lots for prototyping and cut samples.

We also offer very small lot samples such as very small prototyping lots (1 meter units) and cut samples (A4 size).
