About This Product

The STM-1/T3 (DS-3) CONVERTOR accommodates 2 links of 0 and 1 systems of STM-1 from PSTN such as NTT, and converts it to 3 systems of T3 (DS-3). STM-1's 0 and 1 systems are automatically switched in accordance with TTC standard JT-G783 "Operation of alarm system and switching system of SDH multiplex converter".

It also supports redundant power supplies and remote monitoring using dedicated applications. This device can be used to connect foreign-made media gateways and soft switches that have Japanese PSTN and T3 (DS-3) interfaces when deploying IP telephone service networks.
