About This Product

The high-capacity DC electronic load "QL-D series" is an electronic load device that uses the oscilloscope-like UI and high-speed current control technology that have been well-received in previous electronic loads, and has improved usability and the basic performance of electronic loads. The basic specifications, performance, and concept of the conventional 34000A series have been further evolved to include a Sweep function with various load modes, an optional MPPT function, and a wide variety of functions to meet all needs.

The lineup is available in 5kW increments up to 25kW, and can be expanded up to 150kW with up to 6 parallel units. It has a compact chassis with a 19-inch rack size and a height of 5U (5kW model).

Compact body with large capacity. Three models are available with different rated voltages (150V, 600V, 1,000V) ranging from a minimum of 5kW to a maximum of 25kW. The 150V type supports large currents of up to 2,000A. Recommended for those who want large capacity at low cost.

■Features・Adopts an oscilloscope-like LCD color UI from the Load Station series to improve usability.
・Electronic load with no overshoot by adopting high-speed current control technology (first in the industry to guarantee start-up current range specifications according to our research)
・There is no concept of minimum operating voltage, and linear stable operation even in the low voltage region
- Equipped with sequence function. Programs can be saved/loaded using USB memory
-Equipped with Sweep mode. Supports functions such as IV characteristics and overpower/overcurrent testing. Data logging is also possible and can be recorded on USB memory (CSV format)
- Equipped with an optional MPPT (maximum power tracking) mode. Compatible with PV exposure tests and PCS simulations
・Equipped with elapsed time/integrated current/integrated power measurement and cut-off function using arbitrary values
・In dynamic mode, current rise/fall times can be set independently. Up to 32 steps can be set, supporting complex current simulations (overshoot current, etc.)
・LAN/USB/RS-232C standard equipment (GP-IB is optional)
- Adopts CC, CV, and CP for external control mode. CC+CV and CP+CV can also be controlled externally
・Sine waves and square waves can be superimposed at up to 100kHz
・Up to 6 units can be connected in parallel (150kW), different models can be connected (same voltage models only)
