About This Product

The definitive version of automatic power supply inspection. All in One package model The automatic power supply testing system PW-800 is an ALL in one package model with over 40 years of proven power supply testing know-how as a dedicated tester. All the hardware necessary for testing is built into the load/measurement unit model-800E, and by selecting the required input source (AC power supply or DC power supply), it can be used as a function tester for power supply inspection test production lines. It is possible to put it on line immediately. In addition, PowerTestSite/PW-800, a dedicated power supply automatic test software, has been compatible with Windows OS for over 20 years, and we continue to provide a highly stable test environment using easily available general-purpose PCs. This is a system that you can use with confidence even if the OS upgrades or support ends.

■Features

・5ch load/5ch ripple noise measurement/overvoltage power supply/DVM/DIO and all-in-one test equipment ・High-speed inspection is possible due to the ATE-specific design (dual AD converter, etc.) (same as the old model model-600E model) ・Expansion slot allows expansion of CONTACT (C contact switch), which is convenient for power start sequence measurement and jig control. ・High expandability with load expansion up to 20 channels (maximum channel capacity 1kW) and single-phase 4kVA, three-phase 6kVA ・You can immediately set up a test line with PowerTestSite/PW-800, a dedicated automatic testing software specialized in power supply testing with over 20 years of experience. ・Can be linked to a safety tester. All testing of switching power supplies can be performed with the PW-800. ・Test data is stored using MicroSoft's Access (mdb file). It is possible to store and manage huge amounts of data efficiently. You can also import acquired data into a DB built on the user side from an mdb file. ・PowerTestSite/PW-800 also includes a Dataview function that allows you to easily recall test results from an mdb file and transfer them to an inspection report (Excel).
