``Ouchi Note Management'' allows you to centralize and handle communication with the client not only during construction, but also before the contract and after handover. By allowing sales, design, and construction personnel to check all communications, it prevents omissions in handovers and requests from being shared, and enables smooth communication.
Main functions of ANDPAD Home Note Management
■Message
Connect with the owner using the “Home Note Management” app. A dedicated message room is automatically created for each construction project, allowing all parties involved, including the client and company members, to exchange messages, documents, and photos at any time. Sent documents and photos are not deleted over time, and members added later can check past interactions, making handover to the site supervisor smooth. Additionally, there is no read sign, so you can check your messages with confidence at any time.
■Report
Construction progress can be reported with photos and documents. In-house personnel can attach photos and documents along with text and send a report to the property owner. Photos and documents to attach can be selected from the files stored on ANDPAD, so you can respond from the office without having to return to the office. In addition, you can check the submitted reports in a list, so you can look back on the construction progress in chronological order.
■Document sharing
Manage all documents, including drawings, contracts, and meeting minutes. You can save documents by dividing them into folders for each construction project. Both the main contractor and the client can save documents, so by managing them all together with Home Note Management, both parties can eliminate the problem of not knowing whether documents have been received.
■ Owner approval of materials
Easily agree on additional estimates and meeting minutes. For materials uploaded to the materials folder, you can send a request for approval to the owner. It can be used to manage evidence such as additional estimates and meeting minutes.
