With "ANDPAD Drawings", by storing the latest drawings on ANDPAD, you can easily share them with related parties and prevent rework. Photos taken on site and instructions written on drawings can be quickly output as PDF or Excel files. Since correction requests during inspections can be summarized and organized on drawings, you can output a list of instructions in no time.
Main features of ANDPAD drawings
■Pen
You can write anything you want by hand freely and neatly. The pen function allows you to select line thickness, transparency, and color. You can change the color of important parts, make them thicker, or change the color for each content, giving you more freedom of expression than analog handwriting. Also, if you select a straight line, the freehand drawn line will be automatically corrected to a clean straight line.
■Photos
Place photos on the drawings at the site and give instructions on the spot. Take photos of the areas you want to give instructions on-site and attach them to the drawings. You can easily create instructions on the spot by writing with a pen. There is no need to worry about storing instructions.
■Stamp
Easily share frequently asked questions with a single stamp. Seven types of stamps are included, and frequently used writing elements such as cross marks, filled squares, relocation, existing, and removal can be completed with just one stamp. In addition, the size can be selected from 5 levels, so you can write according to the size of the drawing without losing the freedom of handwriting.
■Pin
Create corrective instructions on the spot and manage status. Set pins on the drawing, set instructions, person in charge, and deadline. This eliminates safety management, corrective instructions and management during process inspections. You can also manage the status in a list, so you won't forget to check anything.
■Sheet
Separate sheets to neatly manage all your writing. If you write all sorts of things on one drawing, such as notes about materials and changes to specifications, it will become difficult to read. ANDPAD allows you to separate sheets, so you can manage the necessary writing clearly and easily. By changing the sheet name to a person's name, you can also use it to manage individual notes and tasks.
