About This Product

This is a desktop type vibration tester that can be stored in a carrying case with casters and can be easily carried anywhere. However, full computer control provides test results that are fully compliant with testing and analysis methods required by international standards. During a vibration test, the frequency or amplitude must never be changed by joint resistance. To avoid such a drop in test quality, the J122 uses a computer-controlled DC brushless servo motor system, and the servo motor's rotation speed and output are controlled by the computer. The amplitude is determined by connecting the motor drive shaft and the gliding plate that vibrates the bolt with a connecting rod via an eccentric bushing that has an eccentricity corresponding to the amplitude. Mechanically, when the motor drive shaft rotates once, the We are constructing a link mechanism in which one cycle of sinusoidal vibration occurs during rotation. In this link mechanism, if the vibration frequency = motor rotation speed is constant, the amplitude will always be constant, and tests can be performed that fully satisfy all requirements stipulated by international standards. The glider plate, which transmits vibrations to the bolt fastener, is set in a V-groove on one side with four flat roller cage bearings and two angle needle bearings, and slides up and down the groove, so there is no rattling of ±0.5mm as required by ISO16130. We will definitely satisfy the following. The glider plate and fixed plate are set via flat roller cage bearings, fully meeting ISO requirements. We use extravagant bearings in moving and sliding parts to minimize vibrations that can have a negative impact on testing, and to minimize noise.
