About This Product

A "sheathed thermocouple" is a thermocouple in which a thermocouple wire and a high-purity insulator are densely enclosed in a thin metal tube. Features

■Thin tube finish

The finished outer diameter is small, so it can be easily inserted into small temperature measuring objects and narrow places, and it is highly durable at high temperatures and pressures (350kg/cm2).

■Sensitivity sensitive

Because the gap between the microtube sheath and the strands is small, and a highly thermally conductive insulator is used, it is sensitive to minute temperature changes and has a fast thermal response.

■Long lifespan

The wire is completely covered with high-purity insulator, and the sheath keeps it completely airtight from the outside, which prevents thermal oxidation and has a long lifespan.

■Easy to install

The outer diameter of the sheath is thin and highly flexible, and the minimum bending radius can be bent by hand up to twice the outer diameter of the sheath.
