About This Product

Always exhibits stable clamping force even if there are variations in sheet thickness or press processing errors. This not only reduces the defective rate, but also dramatically reduces setup change and adjustment time, contributing to the creation of a production line that requires less labor. Features

■ Errors are automatically absorbed and clamping force is always constant

The TCC-2E series has a built-in unique error absorption link mechanism, which allows the fixed position to be automatically corrected within a range of -3° from the set fixed point. Not only does it automatically absorb thickness errors and keep the clamping force constant, but it also eliminates the need for repeated fine adjustments when changing setups on mixed flow production lines, etc., making it possible to significantly reduce adjustment time. This has a significant effect on reducing the number of personnel required for on-site operations.

■You can set the angle freely. Fully compatible installation.

The arm opening/closing angle of TCC-2E can be adjusted steplessly and easily. In addition, the mounting dimensions are completely compatible with the standard model 82M3E, so you can use it in exactly the same way as a conventional clamp. Changes to existing lines can be made immediately.
