About This Product

The DM3 series is a "horizontal type" positioning table. Equipped with a DMX reduction mechanism that achieves outstanding positioning accuracy with a maximum loading weight of 13 tons. The newly developed 2-stage DMX reduction system further improves positioning performance. Features

■Thinness + ease of use + beauty

The latest unit design, which keeps the unit height low and secures access to the output table's large-diameter hollow hole and side, provides a high degree of freedom in the placement of wiring and piping and various accessories.

■High-speed drive & instant stop

Adopts a proprietary roller cam type DMX reduction mechanism. Achieves zero backlash in the output section and achieves high positioning performance, high responsiveness, and high rigidity. The gain of the servo actuator can also be set higher, making it possible to shorten positioning time.

■2-stage DMX reduction system

DMX roller cam reduction mechanism provides outstanding positioning accuracy. The newly developed 2-stage DMX reduction system further improves positioning performance and reduces drive noise.

■Movement pattern can be freely set

Using an external servo program, you can create a variety of motions tailored to your application, such as turning, indexing, and continuous rotation, with just one machine. Servo motors from various manufacturers can be installed on the actuator section.
