About This Product

The DRS series is an "ultra low floor type" positioning table. With a maximum loading weight of 20t, high-speed drive and instantaneous stopping can be performed accurately. You can freely set various movement patterns on the production line, such as turning in the welding process, indexing in mold forming, and continuous rotation of assembled workpieces, maximizing work efficiency. Features

■Ultra-low floor structure greatly improves work efficiency

With conventional positioning devices, jigs and tools are installed at high positions, making it difficult for workers to reach and check the situation. DynastationⓇDSR adopts a structure that suppresses the height of the device to the utmost even with large load capacity. This allows for improved work efficiency and safety.

■Built-in DMX roller reducer (PAT) High speed drive & instant stop

The DSR series uses a proprietary roller deceleration mechanism. Achieves zero backlash in the output section and achieves high positioning performance, high responsiveness, and rigidity. The gain of the servo actuator can also be set higher, making it possible to shorten positioning time. A large-diameter roller with a high load capacity is placed in the output gripping part to achieve quick and stable operation in all situations, such as high-acceleration drive and emergency stop operation.

■Operation patterns can be freely set

The DSR series can create a variety of motions tailored to the application, such as turning, indexing, and continuous rotation, using an external servo program. Servo motors from various companies can be attached to the actuator section.
