About This Product

Single-sided plastic cardboard made of polyethylene resin molded into a corrugated shape with excellent water resistance, oil resistance, and cold resistance.

■Product overview

This is a plastic step product made of polyethylene material, and is the only product in Japan. Excellent oil resistance, water resistance, cushioning properties, and elasticity. Taking advantage of these properties, it is used to protect printing plates and as packaging material for export, and recently its use has been expanded to seedling raising.

■Product features

(1) Sheet-shaped packaging material that is easy to use regardless of the shape of the packaged item Made of polyethylene, it is soft and has excellent cushioning properties. In particular, the single-sided cardboard shape makes it ideal for cylindrical packaging specifications. (2) Unique utilization brought about by “wave shape” By taking advantage of the unevenness of the wave shape, there are examples of its use in preventing root curling of forest seedlings and as a substitute for wire trays.
