■Features

1. Faster output pulse current (50μs TYP) 2. No pause period occurs when switching output current polarity When switching the output current pulse polarity between forward and reverse, conventional methods require a momentary pause period, but this pause period has been eliminated and high quality plating has been achieved. 3. Reduce ripple components included in output current The ripple current component included in the output current tends to cause the plating to lack luster. This device uses high-frequency inverter circuit technology to reduce the ripple content to less than 5%, eliminating the lack of gloss. 4. Rich series There are 4 types available, from laboratory use with an output current of 40A to large capacity with a maximum output current of 500A. 5. Output waveform can be switched You can freely select and use DC output, pulse output on the positive side only, pulse output on the forward and reverse sides, etc., and use it according to your purpose. 6. Parallel operation using synchronous operation function This power supply can operate multiple units in parallel by adopting a synchronous operation function. You can achieve uniformity on the front and back sides of plated objects and stable quality of large plated objects. (optional) 7. Measurement monitor function The main unit is equipped with an RS-485 communication port as standard, and multiple power supplies can be controlled simultaneously from a PC. It is also possible to monitor power supply output and display current integration, etc. Furthermore, we have also prepared computer software that allows you to easily make complex settings such as output conditions for experimental purposes. (optional) 8. Program operation function One pattern is a combination of pulse peak current value, pulse width, and plating time for each of the forward and reverse polarities. Up to 10 patterns can be memorized, and each pattern can be combined in sequence for program operation.
