About This Product

A one-way clutch is a mechanical component that transmits power in only one direction. The clutch element alone is suitable if you want to mold and assemble the housing yourself.

■Features

・A type that incorporates a standard clutch element into the housing according to customer requests. ・Clutch element with sliding bearing ・Clutch element can be sold separately ・Heat-resistant specifications ・Can be used by press-fitting into housings of various shapes such as gears, pulleys, levers, cams, etc. ・Since shafts with wide tolerances can be used, shaft costs can be expected to be reduced. - No need to prepare a bearing (built-in sintered bearing) - Compact, high torque, can be used in high temperature environments (maximum allowable temperature: 140℃ / 284℉.) ・Maintenance-free product that does not require lubrication specification

・Lock torque: 0.78 N・m ・Used shaft diameter: φ6 mm Tolerance 0 / -0.03

■Housing

・Available outer diameter dimensions: φ14 mm or more ・Available width dimensions: 8 mm or more

■Sales points

- Can be used by press-fitting into housings of various shapes such as gears, pulleys, levers, cams, etc.　 ・Costs can be kept down due to the large tolerance of the shaft. - Compact and high torque, can be used in high temperature environments of 140℃. - Can be sold with housing or separately.
