About This Product

■Flexible and easy tower installationIt can be applied to a wide range of installation locations such as slopes, uneven surfaces, line directions, etc. The most distinctive feature of this machine is the structure in which the tower, which incorporates the drum unit, and the lower chassis frame are not fixed. Therefore, if the ground slope angle is up to 12°, the tower can be installed upright in any direction, front, back, left, or right. Leveling with outriggers is not required; a total of 4 outriggers at the front and rear are used to stably support the lower chassis. Additionally, the upper stage can rotate 240° regardless of the installation direction of the lower chassis, allowing installation regardless of line direction. The flexible structure, in which the tower and main frame are not fixed, can sufficiently absorb the forces applied to the skyline during work, greatly contributing to work safety.

■Hydraulic winch for guy lineEach of the four guy lines (anchor lines) is equipped with a hydraulic winch, speeding up the installation process. In addition, the tension of the four guy lines can be individually optimized, ensuring that the external force from the skyline is dispersed in four directions, increasing safety.

■Foldable towerThe two-tiered folding tower has a maximum height of 12.3m. After manual extension, the erection work is carried out with hydraulic cylinders. The tower is held by the skyline and four guy lines and is not completely fixed to the machine frame. This distributes stress and prevents damage to the frame and tower.

■Equipped with the latest CAT diesel engineIn consideration of ease of maintenance in Japan, it is equipped with a Caterpillar diesel engine. The combined hydraulic system is equipped with three types of triple pumps (crawler self-propelled) to suit the application, and provides the optimal power for each application.

■Wonder Falcon WF Series Highly efficient 3-wire system integrated into a compact bodyThe "Wonder Falcon" series is a 3-wire tower yarder that is flexible and capable of efficient timber collection, and is sized to suit domestic transportation standards and mountain/forest road conditions. Two-stage winding drums are used for the two working cable systems: Skyline, main, and straw. In addition to the regular drum, a coaxial tension drum is installed to apply reliable tension, reduce wear and tear on the cable, and extend its life. The maximum main rope distance is 600m (standard 450m), the maximum lifting load is 2t or 3t depending on the model, and the maximum transport speed is ~510m/min for the speed winding model 3S type.
