About This Product

BAUER-FAN's press screw separator "Prestar" boasts the world's highest quality separation performance and track record. Separating livestock manure into liquid and solid content - This simple and straightforward process allows for multifaceted uses such as liquid fertilizer, composting, and bedding production. In addition, the separated liquid fraction is effective in purification treatment by reducing the SS concentration. Prestar contributes to environmentally friendly livestock management by further expanding the use of livestock manure.

■High quality and simple structure

The two main parts are a stainless steel press screw with high-quality wear-resistant processing and a screen designed and manufactured with high precision. It has a simple design with few failures.

■High performance - Optimal aperture according to the application

Adjustable weight and screen size selection (0.25mm/0.50mm/0.75mm/1.00mm) allow processing to match slurry concentration and application. The moisture content of the separated solids can be adjusted to around 65-70%.

■Effects of Prestar

1. Balanced use of livestock manure With the slurry utilization system, surpluses that exceed the allowable value can be distributed in the form of compost to self-sufficient feed fields and returnable fields. 2. Odor control The process from raw material discharge to solid-liquid separation can be laid out in underground pits or sealed pipelines. The closed structure reduces the diffusion of odors. 3. Reducing the burden of using slurry After separation, the liquid and solid contents are easy to handle, reducing work effort and the burden on related equipment. 4. Low moisture content, perfect for composting Since the moisture content of separated solids can be lowered to a maximum of 65-70%, composting (aerobic decomposition) can be started quickly without the need for auxiliary materials. This will also lead to a reduction in the cost of purchasing auxiliary materials for moisture adjustment and reduction in composting space. 5. Easy to handle The tightly squeezed separated solid content does not drip, making it easy to transport and handle, and is hygienic. 6. Reduce costs by using bedding material By placing separated solids that have undergone aerobic decomposition treatment on the cow bedding, the cost of purchasing bedding can be significantly reduced. *In addition to this, the PS855GB model, which is specialized for bedding production, is also available separately.
